Q1.How long does it take?
Logo + social setup: 1 week. Full website: 2–3 weeks. Landing page: 3–5 days. Larger custom work: 4–6 weeks. We give you a firm date in the proposal.
Q2.Do you work with businesses outside Lilongwe?
Yes — we work with clients across Malawi including Blantyre, Mzuzu, Zomba, and smaller towns. Everything runs over WhatsApp, email, and Google Meet.
Q3.Who owns the website / logo?
You do. Completely. Domain, hosting, files, source design — all handed over to you after payment. No subscription traps, no "we own your content" nonsense.
Q4.What if I want to cancel monthly management?
Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Your social accounts and website stay yours — we hand back full admin access and you continue on your own or with another provider.
Q5.Can you work in Chichewa?
Yes. All our content work is bilingual by default — English for formal communications, Chichewa for local reach. Our team speaks both.
Q6.What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba, and cash for in-person payments in Lilongwe. We invoice in MWK and send a receipt for every payment.
